Dear Meg Whitman,

You and all other candidates are running for office as sworn officials in California without recognizing the system of torture and other cruel and inhuman treatment that has been ongoing since June 17, 1987. This is the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution.

I am the most heavily stalked person in the history of the United States. The surface water in Lassen and Plumas Counties is despoiled. So is running tap water in buildings when I approach such.

Present Governor Schwarzenegger is under the color of law. He should have used emergency powers of the governor to halt actions lead by a LGBTi militancy run out of LAPD.

It is my analysis that citizens in California and the United States will clamor to strip of his citizenship in the future. He ran for office as an agent for The People…He has done null to aid such and like Mr. Freeze in his movies he is the world’s strongest criminal and epitomizes the culture of corruption which he claimed he would change.

Note this statement by First Lady Maria Shriver:

“Just to become governor is a huge thing, and to do it twice is a huge accomplishment,” Shriver told Pop Tarts at the Million Plates Campaign in Los Angeles on Monday. “I think he has so much to be proud of – certainly his work on the environment, job creation, selling California on all the reforms he's been able to institute. I think when all is said and done, people will look at him as a great performer.”

She is only 54 years old to Arnold’s 63 years of age and is a compelling target for obstruction of justice.

As seen the LGBTi militancy is run based on Male Same Sex Male interests. Lesbians and bisexuals are the front for their hedonistic culture. If a male is not sexually attracted to Lesbian or female bisexuality he is baited as gay then bisexual then transgender in a circular folly. As a female executive you should be highly concerned about Gay Misogyny.

I have been a lifelong heterosexual and I have supported Proposition 8 or it’s equivalent all my life. I am ritvik Hare Krishna on the path of Madhurya Lila which is hard to explain but in reduction:

This statement from German Mythology reflects the panorama in the background and the historical and legal defeat of Schwarzenegger.
Just as in 100 Years of Solitude the City of Macondo is doomed from it’s inception.  The present Macondo oilfield in the Gulf of Mexico is spewing oil while I am fighting Governor  Schwarzenegger to end a crime against humanity.

The University of California is corrupt and useless. They receive tax money to censor and sanitize the worst crime in the history of California.

If one asks in a nutshell what I would state to the students of the future’s future’s, this statement to an ex CEO and candidate for governor of California reflects my opinion.

Since you were born August 4, 1956 you are five years to the day older than Barack Obama. I was born August 3, 1961.

You have to recognize this attack on my life and the natural persons living in this state or you will be legally culpable under RICO statutes.

I do not see how 38 million people are going to be compensated for this attack.

Strip Arnold Schwarzenegger of his citizenship. The Kennedy Clan should start to do things legally also.

The Gulf of Mexico Oilspill has highlighted different perspective between the public – partnership. BP CEO Tony Hayward has been widely criticized for attending a yacht race in spite of the dilemma along the Gulf where the vacationers who do show up volunteer to rake up tar balls.

Conversely here in Northern California the lakes are ruined and have been. Contamination of surface water began on February 12, 2007 in Earp CA – Parker AZ.

Robber’s Creek is flowing now through Westwood, California and it is brutal. Just standing on the bank would contaminate one. I went there in the past few days only up to my ankles to cool down. I feel like some kid in India who plays in a polluted sacred river.

So where is Barack Obama? He has taken two vacations since April 20, 2010 the day the Gulf spill began. Obama’s Memorial Day was spent in Chicago.

Where is the mainstream media? They are sure to point you to the BP live cam (which is good) and the birds that are losing their life to no fault of their own.

An important observation is that without recognizing abuse your are escalating the negative latent externality by exponential degrees.

A discussion of the analytical role of CEOs and power elites (president, generals, CEOs) has to be revisited. Obama is becoming more of a cult figure as he is able to duplicity navigate through disaster and his base will look the other way as long as he can supply the gravy train.

The benefit – cost ratio takes on a new dimension. There is also a huge arsenic poisoning in Bangladesh. Over 77 million persons are affected in what is now the world’s largest recognized mass poisoning behind Bhopal and Chernobyl.

I would state that all 38 million people in California are victims of the Chemical Assault – Earth Program. Governor Schwarzenegger will leave by January 2011. The wealth of our public officials here is staggering in contrast to the communities that are bearing the brunt of abuse.

President Barack Obama would have fired BP'’s Tony Hayward over controversial comments downplaying the Gulf oil spill — if the executive had been working for him.

The president added pressure on Hayward during an interview with Matt Lauer on NBC's TODAY broadcast Tuesday, amid claims from a former EPA lawyer that BP is a "recurring environmental criminal."

For a federal official to make false statements, create false evidence, or mutilating evidence would be Obstructing Justice.

President Obama is falling into a duplicit Machiavellian power play.

He continually does not recognize the ongoing Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth ongoing for nearly 24 years. Lakes, rivers, streams, food in stores, and the air is constantly polluted in the High Sierra region of California, Nevada, and Oregon.

The Coast Guard is beginning to argue the spill along military lines. I have always called it a Scorched Earth because that is concrete reality. It does not matter at this point if Exxon or Mickey Mouse spilled the oil, President Barack Obama cannot escape the reality principle. Liability will come science and the courts.

It is my position that Obama challenging Hayward by stating that he is a "recurring environmental criminal”, further demonstrates the folly of the ritualistic white collar criminal culture that Obama is now the figurehead for. Obama is attempting to master the payoffs and costs of being a player of games.

He is gaming the system and he is beginning to become affected by what is ironically known as a negative spillover.

How Tony Hayward prevails, he states that BP is behind him, also will most likely be the new benchmark for CEO performance.

Obama Apperception: Selective Attention

President Barack Obama has been caught up in his own political gain. As the Head of State he is capable of leading the sheparding of issues to completion at very advanced levels. People clamor for tyrants and equality. Here the double speak is imploding the Cinderella Man of Obama’s legacy.

The federal government is now undertaking a criminal and civil investigation of BP. Their transparency in data concerning the Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill is being questioned and their string of failures has strained these perceptions. BP has attempted to cut the riser pipe parallel to the seafloor. There is a five story blowout preventer on the pipe and the saw is now stuck. BP has a spare saw if needed.

Here the multimedia photo-op culture can deliver live feeds of the underwater gusher. Barack Obama has used this media platform to articulate his positions and legislation.

He has not recognized the abuse of me, read alienation of constitutional rights. So I am now writing from Westwood, CA in the High Sierras where once pristine lakes, rivers, and streams once flowed. If one were to pick up any paper or perhaps a can or bottle here they are risking a chemical burn. What is horrific is people are eating what ever acid mixture is being applied here when they buy there food.

These are not easy things to say. Barack Obama and the media do not have the will to get the recognized problems corrected. They will get hit by the issues that they push off to future generations.

As the Gulf Oil Spill continues to unfold, the history of British Petroleum and Barack Obama are becoming more synonymous as concerns the legacy of our president. It has been clearly the Power Reality that Obama was going to be damaged by events occurring during his stewardship. He has not recognized my plight, which too, is a Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth here in the United States and our Earth.

So performing under ritualism, Obama has developed a continuum from Ronald Reagan to condone an environmental based systematic attack. In doing so his miscalculation has lead the escalation of this spill to severely threaten his credibility which is only being maintained by censorship.

The negative spillover (externality) will not be calculated fro perhaps decades according to biologists. Totalitarianism holds sway over Obama’s political fate.

BP plc is a British global energy company. It is the third largest energy company and the fourth largest company in the world. It is no stranger to intrigue. William Knox D'Arcy in May 1901, was granted a concession by the Shah of Iran to search for oil. D”Arcy was successful in May 1908. This was the first commercially significant find in the Middle East. On 14 April 1909, The Anglo-Persian Oil Company (APOC) was incorporated on  April 14, 1909.  In 1923, the company secretly gave £5,000 to future Prime Minister Winston Churchill. This was to arrange the British government to permit the  monopolization of Persian oil resources. In 1935, it became the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company (AIOC).

The AIOC became the British Petroleum Company in 1954.

The current Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill which started April 20, 2010 is estimated to be between 18 and 39 million gallons spewing between 12,000 and 19,000 barrels per day.

A Top Hat is the next attempt to contain the spill.

The Zeitgeist – Open Systems to the Environment

 

 

 

British Petroleum – BP has finally registered some semblance of control over the disintegration of their Gulf Oil Rig. President Obama has admitted that the government has some blame as the system failed.

BP is stating that their siphon is now trapping 2000 barrels per day or 40 percent of the 5000 barrels that they are using as a baseline.

All biological life forms are open systems to the environment. Life needs to incorporate energy in various forms to maintain homeostasis or equilibrium.

The stability of BP itself in this hemisphere has been called into question because of the fallout from this unprecedented spill.

The viability of Obama himself can also be placed into question.

Also in the zeitgeist it appears that Google will has announced that a Chrome OS will appear on a Acer netbook next month. Hewlett Packard is also rumored to be placing a Palm OS on a tablet named Hurricane.

Recently both MacAfee and Norton have contributed to crashes on the Windows XP.

Obama Responsible: Poison in the Well…

Currently there is discourse over the accountability of President Barack Obama in the Gulf Oil Spill. Some observers have postulated this event as Obama’s Katrina in reference to the slow response of then President Bush in the same area.

I was in Ehrenberg AZ – Blythe  California along the Colorado River on April 20, 2010.

THIS RIVER HAS BEEN CHEMICALLY DESPOILED SINCE AT LEAST NOVEMBER OF 2009.

Several bodies of water as the Owens River and Lake Mono must be despoiled around me as move the Mt.Shasta area for the summer.

The Gulf Oil Spill has to be taken into the context of real concrete circumstances.

The right to drill was awarded by the federal government. Therefore the government ultimately is liable for direct and the negative externality in regulation of the drilling and safety practices of BP.

It is too hasty to determine the  exact ratio of liability.

Ignorance is not a credible defense for Obama or BP. The politically duplicity of many opinions is not equal protection.

Those competent authorities whether public or private need to be held accountable for performance or ommisive behavior.

The behavior of the president in real world scenarios is impacting both corporate and faith based leadership in the United States and the international environment. A state of entropy has occurred where the leaders of this systems are incapable or organizing resources to maintain homeostasis or equilibrium.

QUESTION PRESIDENT OBAMA AS TO HIS LIABILITY IN THIS SPILL.
