The emergence of the alienation of my rights and that of due process from the United States Constitution en toto. Chemical Assault and Scorched Earth are also combined with what many are calling Gang – Mob – Stalking.

The use of harassment at the workplace by paid employees against other workers and customers will define the era between 1987 in continuo.

In the artificial incorporation of the state and firm these resources can be directed at one individual or small group. This in itself is totalitarian and abuse is almost sure to be linked to law enforcement or what Homeland Security.

If you are asking?:

• Why are people harassing me
• Why are my coworkers harassing me
• Why are my family and friends harassing me
• Why is someone entering my home when I am at work
• Why are chemicals and contaminants being put in my food
• Why are chemical and contaminants being put in my home and car
• Why is street theatre, skits, and hazing occurring around me

Here one can ask why are my superiors at work allowing such to occur?

The United States has degraded to where the CIS and Latin America are where the police are recruiting what are real gang structures and other informal informants to attack natural persons and citizens.

A diseconomy of scale is occurring where decreasing productivity and increasing costs occur. This means divesting non-performing assets and terminating non-performing managers.

The CEO is no where to be seen or heard from through this time period. Many have made extraordinary salaries and many firms destroyed.

Both private and non-profit management is no match at present to an emergent police state that has destroyed untold value in lives, tangible, and intangible assets.

In order for me to move to Northern California, the Colorado River, Owens River, Lake Mono. Lake Tahoe, and Lake Almanor will be despoiled.

Microsoft, Apple, and Adobe have all made product releases as the Kin Phone, Ipad, and Photoshop in the last month.

Marc Faber Predicts Dirty War

Investment Adviser Marc Faber has predicted a Dirty War scenario for the United States. My cellphone has blown up, I have already complained to the FBI that the Colorado River is despoiled. I have also criticized Barack Obama winning the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize.

The world’s most powerful investors have been advised to buy farmland, stock up on gold and prepare for a “dirty war” by Marc Faber, the notoriously bearish market pundit, who predicted the 1987 stock market crash.

The bleak warning of social and financial meltdown was delivered today in Tokyo at a gathering of 700 pension and sovereign wealth fund managers.

Dr Faber, who advised his audience to pull out of American stocks one week before the 1987 crash and was among a handful who predicted the more recent financial crisis, vies with the Nouriel Roubini, the economist, as a rival claimant for the nickname Dr Doom.

Speaking today, Dr Faber said that investors, who control billions of dollars of assets, should start considering the effects of more disruptive events than mere market volatility.

“The next war will be a dirty war,” he told fund managers: "What are you going to do when your mobile phone gets shut down or the internet stops working or the city water supplies get poisoned?”

His investment advice, which was the first keynote speech of CLSA’s annual investment forum in Tokyo, included a suggestion that fund managers buy houses in the countryside because it was more likely that violence, biological attack and other acts of a “dirty war” would happen in cities.

He also said that they should consider holding part of their wealth in the form of precious metals “because they can be carried”.

One London-based hedge fund manager described Mr Faber’s address as “excellent, chilling stuff: good at putting you off lunch, but not something I can tell clients asking me about quarterly returns at the end of March”.

Dr Faber did offer a few more traditional investment tips, although their theme fitted his general mode of pessimism.

In Asia, particularly, he said, stock pickers should play on future food and water shortages by buying into companies with exposure to agriculture and water treatment technologies.

The Lost Culture of Quality

Quality is the one variable that most CEO’s and MBA departments would state defines the sustainability of goods and services. The firms and individuals that delivery superior quality also delivery superior value.

This culture is lost as almost all aspects of the culture and leadership are in survival and accommodation mode during a manmade Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth.

I have personally lost almost everything twice. I live under autarky. Things that were lost during the first wave attacks were in part regained until a more serious wave of Chemical Assault occurred three years ago in Earp, California.

President Barack Obama has stated he stands for Change. Change is slow in coming.

I am one day older than Barack Obama being born August 3, 1961.

At this point in my lifespan, one should have developed competent skills, even mastery and the ability to teach or mentor such learning.

My perceptions from Ground Zero is that there is a growing concern amongst the herd majority, who have went along with this abuse so far, that their losses in this lifetime will not be replenished.

This may lead to a cry and a movement for more accountability from both our sworn public leaders and the CEOs, academics, and even preachers who have looked the other way.

There is an Informant Culture, which is massive that has squandered the spirituality and prosperity of the United States away.

This is the explanation in brief that I would tell our children’s children.

The Beginning of the Decade…

The new year also begins a new decade is search of a sustainable recovery. China has just replaced Germany as the world’s largest exporter. This is based on exports of $1.2 trillion dollars. Crude oil based on Chinese demand is pushing the $84 a barrel level.

Gold is holding over $1,100 with silver approaching $19 per ounce.

These salient features only are manifest adaption's to the risk and emergence of old and new economic structures.

The risk is in the lack of recognition and rule of law in all countries. The United States is still in a mythology of epic proportions with a Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth ongoing since the 200th Anniversary of it’s Constitution, June 17, 1987.

I have not logged on today. A federal court case attempting to legalize Gay Marriage was set to open in San Francisco today.

The Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth is being lead by de facto LGBTi concerns in LAPD.

I continue to support traditional or opposite-sex marriage.

The spectre of homegrown terror appears to have arrived with attacks in Texas by Officer Hanson on behalf of his Islamic faith.

The CEO of the private firm is no where to to be seen as far as challenging the risks that would debilitate a private corporation.

Land based piracy appears to be the trend with the culture willing to consume such.

An Inconvenient Truth

Bloomberg reported on March 6, 2008 that Al Gore may have amassed $100 million USD in 2007.

This windfall is the result of Apple and Google shares.

Gore reportedly invested $35 million USD  in Capricorn Investment Group LLC in Palo Alto.

There is no doubt that the Internet Connection between Gore and Silicon Valley has delivered. Gore has not been questioned on his involvement on Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth.

``Gore got a lot of support from Silicon Valley when he ran for president because they knew the Internet was one of his primary concerns,'' said Tony Coelho, a former congressman and investment banker who served as chairman of Gore's 2000 campaign.

``It's very legit that these people would pursue him'' after he left office, Coelho said, adding that Gore received Google and Apple stock options before their shares ``went into the stratosphere.''

Since the 2008 Crash and Burn Al Gore & Family have no doubt fared better than working classes worldwide.

In the last personal finance report he filed as vice president, Gore disclosed on May 22, 2000, that the value of his assets totaled between $780,000 and $1.9 million. In addition, Gore listed an interest in his father's estate that included Occidental Petroleum Corp. stock worth as much as $1 million.

Al Gore is said to earn $175,000 USD for a speaking engagement.

Over the course of history, the use of the corporation here as Google and Apple with Gore, and Fuji with Ronald Reagan has to come into question.

Tremendous gregarious abuses of position have occurred with families and fortunes being wiped out and ruined. The personal histories of these individuals is fictitious and a catalyst towards totalitarianism and slavery.

A $100 million dollar USD nest egg is very convenient for the Gores to ride out the next 100 years while the masses and environment that Al Gore pretended to help begin to recover, if possible from his misdeeds.

Art and the Artificer

The finished piece of art has a direct resemblance to the craftsperson whom created it. Political Science is a discipline that is supposed to be a science. This is to state that it operates on general laws or principles or on assumptions which are based to discover a law which is the principle itself. Art and music are fashioned to some particular.

In degree the moral support for a piece of art may be a universal as faith. Sacred music gives a record of some of the greatest repertoire.

Here I am integrating my music with my social science and Vedic faith. All the songs on my music player were composed around 2004 and 2005. This was during a Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth. This in itself make my music and this blog unique.

The interpretation and realization of music, dance, and other art forms is important to the culture as it is a record of information that is passed on generation to generation for it's posterity. The attack on myself is not simply an attack on my individual person as the authorship and it's agents wish to proclaim.

In short I have alleged that Cambridge University is that author and that Los Angeles Police Department decided to implement this Chemical Assault. Scotland Yard is another principal which may carry out activities in the United Kingdom.

As a member of homo sapiens I must seek food, clothing, shelter, and reproduction (optional) if I choose to sustain. This means I must me motile and move about. The United States Constitution provides me with primary rights. This is contained in the Bill of Rights. Law Enforcement in the United States is now organized as Homeland Security. Such has failed.

Barack Obama has one a Nobel Peace Prize for the intent of fostering diplomacy rather than POWER POLITICS  and unilateralism with Iran. In concrete the The Emperor Has No Clothes. Obama is demonstrating he will condone an attack on his own country's citizens while attempting to negotiate nuclear deterrence.

Any claims the Nobel Organization makes of human rights are a brutal fraud. I am in Blythe, California. The Colorado River is chemically contaminated and it is the drinking and farm water for Los Angeles, San Diego, and Mexico in this region.

I not only have to defend my natural life but I also have a historical record to maintain. I have authored over 26 federal court suits, have an OAS, and ICCPR record. The latter two have no legal standing in the United States.

This event will systematically transform institutions that should have opposed such. This includes faith based, governments, university, corporations, and other systems.

Republicans: A Failed Political Philosophy

The current rout of the GOP after the banking and mortgage failure is do to a failed political philosophy and greed.

The obvious process and structure that Democrats and Republicans fail to recognize is that there is a 22 year old Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth that is in continuo.

The Republicans are more to blame at the present but this is changing daily.

A party platform based simply on lower taxes and smaller government is stale. On principles, the GOP has already moved away from morality towards economics which benefits such demographically but is a shift from principle to counting votes.

The GOP needs to be creative in the GREEN or Environmental area. There is moral ground as well as economic opportunity here. The 60 year and older club may have their pockets lined by older industry but the future is in sustainable resources. The GOP needs to analyze the political topography based more on reality than their static pitchmen and their monied interests.

Homeland Security and anti-corruption are two other areas that are neglected to the so-called fiscal conservative posture that lead the nation into a tulip bulb bubble which burst because the GOP could not practice their own political philosophy.

The future is going to DEMAND ACCOUNTABILITY for the damage done.

Overall it is the culture that creates the mode of it’s own elimination.
