Dear Heritage Foundation,

As an organization that claims to be concerned with preservation of conservatism, the creation of leadership, and preserving the American Constitution, I find it disturbing that you have not Officially Recognized the Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth program that has attacked the United States and the human race.

I am currently adjacent to the Salton Sea, California and it is chemically despoiled. Barack Obama will be inaugurated on Sunday, January 20, 2013. He has won two United States Presidential Elections and will be inaugurated for the second occasion while this atrocity has occurred.

My position is that the United Kingdom i.e.; Cambridge Law School has designed the attack. My information postulates that Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC was designed as a duel between homosexual and heterosexual academics. It appears that Rise of the Third Reich in the 1880s created a reactionary response from the British. The use of clandestine Chemical Assaults became in use due to the fear of the Reich in Germany. As their system became more secure, the Christian heterosexuals, most likely from Trinity College, wished for the operation to be exposed. A clique of Gay male lawyers were against this.

As a result of this confrontation a contest was designed to aim this program at the United States with a Strategic Mission of Gay Marriage.

In degree, there is a Crime Against the Human Race and Treason against the United Kingdom – United States. This is designed to occur through Scotland Yard, LAPD, State of California, LGBTi Movement and attack the United States it’s Constitution, President, and citizens and natural persons in residence.

MOEC is being facilitated by an all-male Gay Militia with cells in LAPD.

The manifest attack became cognizant to then President Ronald Reagan on June 17, 1987 while I was in Dover, Delaware.

A result of this event is the entrapment of the Irrationalist Presidents:

The creation of Gay Irrationalism – Gay Know Nothing is a precursor to Gay Fascism if academics emerge as apologists.

The pronounced use of defection and undermining cannot be stated.

A spillover of this attack is Eugenics in a prisoner’s dilemma format embedded within a theater of war format or Storyboard. In short I am one day older than Barack Obama being born August 3, 1961 in Roswell, New Mexico.

This attack is imposed over my natural person and citizenship. I notice that Edwin Meese is cited as an authority on the Rule of Law on your site. The alienation of my Eight Amendment right to remain free from cruel and unusual treatment, and my Fourteenth Amendment Equal Protection and Due Process make Meese a dubious figure in the Conservative Movement.

My rights were alienated and sold off due my being a heterosexual male. Hence this is a sexual based qualification for rights.

As a result the Collapse of the Anglo American Paradigm – Atlantic Group or NATO is in escalated stage.

Who will this benefit? After the collapse of every Irrationalist Government that I know of in the 1900s, such was replaced by a socialist government.

Summation

The Heritage Foundation as well as the Social Progressive leaders in the LGBTi Movement are more than conspicuous in their absence. I seek criminal and civil judgment. I am also totally concerned with historical documentation and education concerning this attack. All competent duty bound officials in the United States are facing a possible Nuremberg styled trial in the United States. Barack Obama is the Singularity Target. The rise of Supercomputers will have to prosecute him or any surviving competent officials or this concept is a Strawman.

The use of live experimentation on humans is a disgrace to the United States and it’s Constitution which would have protected them if a competent person was the President.

Christianity, conservatism, and the Anglo – American philosophy and jurisprudence are undermined and growing static under the American Vichy.

Kurzweil Joins Google

Singularity guru Ray Kurzweil has announced he will start to work for Google on December 17, 2012.

Now that Kurzweil has some serious cash to back his and Google’s ideas on the Singularity, it remains to be seen if this is a catalyst in exponential or Accelerating Intelligence as Kurzweil frames the idea.

It also appears that Google is mounting a competitive challenge to other interests as Microsoft and Apple et al.

As seen here no entity or person ha recognized the challenge of the undermining of technology by the Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth Program known as MOEC.

Since Kurzweil has Singularity University and Google is located in California this challenge to the sanitization has to be met for Singularity to be a legitimate study and business platform.

I am endorsing a Boycott of the 2012 Presidential Election. The American Presidency since Ronald Reagan on June 17, 1987 has been aware of a Manifest Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth program.

Barack Obama has run for the presidency twice with the Salton Sea Chemically Attacked. The first time  being in 2008. Mitt Romney, Paul Ran, and Joe Biden are no strangers to incompetence and corruption. The Republicans and Democrats are collusive in what appears to be a universal attack on the human race itself.

It appears that professors from Cambridge Law School many years past designed the defection model and have implemented such from Scotland Yard and Los Angeles Police Department. The attack is focused on Gay Marriage and LGBTi issues. A central component of this structure and process is Marriage Breaking. This is disguised as Marriage Making but in particular the females that following the dating that is arranged through the police suffer a very high divorce rate.

If I reflect over my high school years the divorce rate in certain circles is near 60 percent. Some cliques of friends are 100 percent. What is unique is that I lived in the same working class neighborhood as Joe Biden when he first ran for the Senate in 1972. He has probably shook has with every person that I knew from this era that has divorced.

Equally confusing now is whether LGBTi persons have a right to marry under the Equal Protection and Due Process Clause of the 14^th Amendment.

As far as Obama is concerning the United States is on the verge of war with Iran over nuclear development. Syria, it’s ally has been accused of using Chemical Weapons. At least 25 persons have been killed by Hurricane Sandy on the east coast. There are over 400 case of fungal meningitis with about 30 deaths and increasing.

In a manifest attack, there are over 1.2 million HIV/AIDS cases with perhaps 300,000 infected without realizing such. 3 million persons are infected with Hepatitis C.

Obama and Romney are clearly obstacles in creating a just society.

As per the United Kingdom they have either attacked the United States or they have not. They have also undermined LGBTi History or they have not. The United States has been attacked by actors pursuing a LGBTi Mission.

The Wrong Side of History

In conclusion, with the Salton Sea Chemically Despoiled for the second presidential election and Hurricane Sandy having devastated the East Coast, the Gay Militia has once again increased their call for stalkers at the intersection of Highway 86 and the entrance to Salton City. This would include the Arco truck stop, Dollar General Store. Market/Post office and a Charter School across the street. I am not afraid of these Cowards. The are being invoked to the LGBTi side.

A positive defense and justification are needed these actors are accomplices to a Hate Crime.

The attack on the Salton Sea is unprecedented in World History.

The Irrationalist Presidents Reagan – Obama are on the Wrong Side of History. This has deep implications for sworn officials, theologians, academics, and artists. The concrete damage to life, limb, and property is great. The future recognition and exposure of principals, accomplices, and accessories will occur.

The use of the Corporation and private business as an instrument of torture and harassment against the individual is unprecedented in the United States. It is the aperture of a Perfect Dictator and fascism.

The isolation of the individual and group is complemented by the isolation of economic concerns.

the exposure of these groups to an actual strike against Iran over it’s nuclear complex would confirm this position.

This will definitely effect the economic and class structure of the United States and the United Kingdom.

When the State begins to attack it’s citizens private firms are usually co-opted into the machinery of torture. So in 2015 or later the next drawback should be under way.

Damage to CEOs and Sworn Officials

As the damage from the Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth escalates both sworn officials and CEOs are damaged. These actors are receiving the most benefit and are also at risk. The blackmail and extortion necessary to maintain the censorship and sanitization is massive requiring a quantum of force.

The bottom ten percent of the population is a serious risk. Employment is scarce, food, fuel, housing, medical care, and education are all real costs that are being born. A new recession could occur with a strike on Iran or normally after 2015.

Bird Flu has been cited as having a risk for mutation. HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, MDR Gonorrhea – Tuberculosis, Obesity, and Diabetes all are increasing risk factors. The inflationary cost while the attack is in continuo reflects the culture of corruption and incompetence.

I am similar to a hanging pawn in a chess match.

There is no doubt that historically I will win. The issue is that I desire to see legal justice in my lifetime.

It is also curious to note that Singularity groups should realize that a forming part of the Machinery of Torture by not recognizing human rights abuses by the United States. Predicting a future where a world of Artificial Intelligence programs can help redesign the victims of a Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth program is disingenuous.

A correct SWOT Environmental Analysis has not been made and those analysts who charge for consultations obviously are earning money for nothing. They too, could share in the fiduciary liabilities that will unfold into the future.

Obama is not the Cinderella Man that he appears to be. His wife Michelle is truly a Cinderella Girl. If she outlives him she may inherit the noxious legacy that Barack is leaving in his wake as he follows The Yellow Brick Road into history.

Barack Obama has made significant contributions to the LGBTi Movement. It is however his own false ego that has been paired with the alleged espionage of what is likely a Cambridge Law School Storyboard entrapment just as in the classic film the Entertainer.

There is little doubt that MSM police officers of LAPD  have become entangled in a Blackmail and Extortion ring. They need to keep escalating the attack or get prosecuted or take chances on the street.

The Ronald Reagan to Barack Obama presidencies have prima facie presided over a domestic Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth program. Gay Militants operating out of LAPD alienated my Bill of Rights protections thereby attacking my citizenship that Reagan had sworn to protect. Reagan has died without identifying LAPD and the Gay Militants as the proximate cause in the United States. The allegation is that Cambridge Law School of the United Kingdom is the proximate cause.

As seen eliminating Reagan who has died did not terminate the attack. There are four predecessors who have taken office. Barack Obama is the least credible and most guilty in what is a Crime Against Humanity.

My information is that LAPD is the proximate cause in the United States. Eliminating 4 to 10 MSM or Men Who Sex With Men officers would end the Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth but maintain in part a system of no more than 500 officers who coordinate the logistics for the attack.

The Colorado River is despoiled and if you touch a wheat bale or walk into a field here you risk getting BURNED.

Sine qua non defines the actor who if removed the crime is terminated.

Ronald Reagan has left office and died. He did not identify those actors who attacked the citizens and state he was sworn to protect.

Ronald Reagan DID NOT ACT WITHIN THE LAW. He permitted these actions to escalate into the presidencies of George HW Bush, Bill Clinton, George W Bush, and Barack Obama.

Technological Singularity Is A Front

The Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth program is reverse engineering and a preemptive strike to what is know as Technological Singularity. In 2046 thinking machines are projected to equal than surpass humans in skill. Superintelligence is the ability that the machines would be able to demonstrate.

A Cultural Singularity has occurred with a worldwide censorship and sanitization of 7 billion persons.

In light of concrete reality and not exponential curves the ability for Artificial Intelligence to act as a Moral Agent is diminishing not increasing.

As a crime this action is implicating more officials by the second. Would Mitt Romney be able to walk free by testifying he had nor collusive part as an accomplice as governor of Massachusetts or as a 2012 Presidential Campaigner?

One should not notice that AI at present demonstrated by IBM's Watson is deaf, dumb, and blind. The so-called devs or software coders are projecting a very high degree of competency on a future program which begs the question.

If superintelligence is to occur and is not a tool of the Machinery of Torture and Sanitization it must aid in the legal and historical prosecution of Barack Obama et al. Since Obama will be 51 on August 4, 2012 he will be 79 in 2040.

I personally will legally pursue Obama et al throughout history, the principals, accomplices, and accessories of this Crime Against Humanity.
