Bubbles, Madoff, HIV, & Obama

madoffBernard Madoff

Salton Sea

The turn of the cards still has President Barack Obama being indifferent to human civilization. The Salton Sea is Chemically Despoiled days before the turn of the New Year.

Here the Gay Militia of LAPD demonstrates juvenility in making the decision on June 17, 1987, the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution, to launch a Chemical Assault-Scorched Earth.

It appears that the ponzi scheme of Bernard Madoff, perhaps the world’s largest, is a foil to the ongoing bubble and plunder that has encompassed the last five presidents.

Madoff founded the Wall Street firm Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC in 1960.He was it's chairman until his arrest on December 11, 2008. The firm was one a top market maker on Wall Street, which bypassed "specialist" firms by directly executing orders from retail brokers.

"I was astonished. They never even looked at my stock records. If investigators had checked with the Depository Trust Company, a central securities depository, it would've been easy for them to see. If you're looking at a Ponzi scheme, it's the first thing you do." Madoff said in the June 17, 2009, interview that SEC Chairman Mary Schapiro was a "dear friend," and SEC Commissioner Elisse Walter was a "terrific lady" whom he knew "pretty well."

David Sheehan, chief counsel to trustee Picard, stated on September 27, 2009, that about $36 billion was invested into the scam, returning $18 billion to investors, with $18 billion missing. About half of Madoff's investors were "net winners," earning more than their investment. The withdrawal amounts in the final six years are subject to "clawback" (return of money) lawsuits.

Mark Madoff 46, Madoff’s son committed suicide December 11, 2010—exactly two years after Bernard's arrest.

The chaos that has ensued is similar to Louis the XVI of France before he was deposed to a level of lower turmoil.

The analytical approach of Obama is maintained by insulation and impunity and demonstrates a serious deficiency in a public executive.

In the past days the LGBTi movement has scored an impressive victory in the repeal of Don’t Ask – Don’t Tell which Obama quickly signed.

This too, is sheltered by perhaps the largest censorship in history.

This Bubble will also burst upon the informant culture that has nurtured and supported such.

My concern now is the HIV/AIDS Positive and the holders of large tangible assets as Fidelity and Janus. It is possible that as damages crowd out a real or de facto end to this degradation will occur.

Three NGO organizations are the focus:

  • Right to Marry – Evan Wolfson
  • Courage Campaign – Rick Jacobs
  • LAMBDA – Kevin Cathcart

These parties as Madoff are making very serious claims concerning the LGBTi population and HIV/AIDS advocacy. There have been about 1.3 million cases including 250,00 undiagnosed.

My situation is tenuous. These parties are coming. When they manifest their claims, the very parties that have argued they have fought for them will be guilty.

This is an issue that must be yielded due deliberation due to it’s scope.

I find it totally in my benefit to confront these strawmen as I believe that the HIV/AIDS population holders of tangible assets have real claims against incompetence and corruption.

Let the fresh air in and the bad air out.
